How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
After you enter your address at the check-out page, you will be provided with shipping options with different delivery times. We typically fulfil your order within 1 working day of it being placed, so do take that into consideration when estimating the arrival date. You can see the estimate delivery after we have sent out your order.
What is a working day?
This refers to a business day between Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
How do I track my order?
If you've chosen a shipping option on the check-out page, you will receive a tracking ID via email once your order has been fulfilled (typically within 1 working day of your order being placed). If you qualify for free shipping, you will not receive a tracking ID but will receive your items within 1-3 working days.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is applicable for deliveries within Singapore for orders above S$300.
Is there anywhere in Singapore that you don't deliver to?
Due to certain limitations by certain organisations, we do not deliver to restricted zones such as army bases, shipyards, and offshore islands.
How do I change my shipping address/contact details after my order has been placed?
Please write to us as soon as you can to inform us of the changes you would like to make. As we work with third party fulfilment services, an additional fee may be incurred to change the shipping address if the order is already on its way.
I need an item urgently. What can I do?
If you have already placed an order for your items, please chat with us or call us to inform us of the situation and we will try to work something out for you. Please note that once your item has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping method.
